Payments

Please pay for your purchase within 24 hours of order. I will also allow a cancellation of any order within 24 hours of placing it, If the item is payed for first the cancellation policy is null and void, because I start making the product.
I take all credit cards and pay pal, please pay promptly so that I can start making your order.

The process for a custom order is as follows;

I prefer to use our cell phone numbers to communicate, and it also allows me to answer any of your questions immediately.
I will ask you a series of questions regarding, color, pattern, style, and maybe have you send me pictures of your favorite things, this way I can get a vision of who you are so that I can make a better choice when it comes to the fabric we are using.
Please note; MOST if not ALL of the photos on this site, are not the actual item you will receive. They are just a prototype and a general idea of what it will look like when I am done. You do not have to choose that specific fabric, most of the time i don't have it anymore anyway. and You can choose what size you want any bag, or make up bag, prices will match size. You can also choose how many pockets, etc. so It is a true custom piece just for you and your needs.
This is not just for the handbags, it also is for aprons, little girls dresses, bedding, and anything else I make. custom all the way. So lets have some fun, and develop a friendship together. I love all of my customers, they are truly wonderful people. and I am excited to be able to share my talent with anyone of you.
I do not use patterns for anything, unless I state that it is, like the Amy Butler Blossom Bag.
I will create the bag or wallet from my vision. thats just the way I do things. so I can add this and add that, no big deal. just ask.

Shipping from United States

Custom up to 15 days to make then shipping time. All orders have a 24 hours cancelation time, once this passes or payment is made I will then make and ship. Shipping times varies on location, once I ship I will send you an exact time the order will arrive. When the item ships if I can upgrade to a faster time for the same amount you paid I will do so, or please call me if you need to have the product shipped faster, you can pay the difference (602-618-7749)

Refunds

Returns are only if the item is damaged in shipping or workmanship is not up to par. Please call me if you need to return an item (602-618-7749) I give you 24 hours to change your mind in the ordering process.
shipping is paid by customer upon a return.
All items are twice inspected before leaving for there new home.
Items cannot be canceled unless pre set shipping date on item has passed and I have failed to ship item by this time.
